Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um das Aufstellen, die Mietnutzung und den Rückbau einer 1-geschossigen Kindertagesstätte als Containeranlage.
Diese Containeranlage dient zur temporären Unterbringung einer Kita mit fünf Gruppen je 25 Kinder über eine Dauer von ca. zwei Jahren (24 Monate).
Die vorgesehene Fläche der Containeranlage beträgt ca. 57,00m/25,00m
Bruttogrundfläche: ca. 1175m²
Die Containeranlage muss grundsätzlich die Anforderungen der GEG erfüllen.
