Brief Description
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Überprüfung von Gasleitungen nach TRGI 2018, mit sofortiger Beseitigung von Gefahrenstellen und nachträglicher Instandsetzung, in Wohnhäusern der STADT UND LAND. Die Arbeiten finden zumeist in Mietwohnungen, Kellern und vereinzelt in Gewerberäumen statt. Der Erfüllungsort ist Berlin, in den Bezirken Treptow-Köpenick, Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Hellersdorf und Neukölln.
Mit der Ausschreibung sollen in 2025 rund 1.100 Gasleitungen in den Keller- und Wohnbereichen geprüft werden.
