Es sind Leitungen zum Anschluss des neuen Gebäudes an das vorhandene Wärmenetz der Liegenschaft auszuführen. Weiterhin sind Leitungen für die Wärmepumpe im Außenbereich sowie für zwei weitere geplante Neubauten vom Neubau aus zu verlegen. Es sind 190 m Kunstsoffmantelrohr (KMR DN 32-DN 80) geplant. Die entsprechenden Tiefbauleistungen sind Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs.
