Der Auftragnehmer muss in verschiedenen Bereich des Gebäudeerdgeschosses die Wände vorbereiten, tapezieren und Farbe aufbringen nach Vorgabe des Nutzers. Die Leistungen können gemäß Planung parallel oder nacheinander ausgeführt werden. Allerdings sind alle Leistungen im laufenden Betrieb und in Abstimmung mit Bauherr und Nutzer durchzuführen.
