2025-IT-02 Verlängerung von Microsoft-Lizenzen - Enterprise Agreement und Select Plus -

Brief Description
Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die fristgerechte Verlängerung des bestehenden Enterprise Agreement, sowie Select Plus - Vertrags vor deren Ablauf zum 31.05.2025, mit dem Abschluss nahtloser Anschlussverträge durch einen von Microsoft in Deutschland autorisierten Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) und Enterprise Software Advisor (ESA) mit Vertragsbeginn 01.06.2025, für eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren, um bereits erworbene Software Assurances für vorhandene Lizenzen weiterhin nutzen zu können.
Außerdem dienen die Verträge dem regelmäßigen Nachkauf (auch innerhalb der jährliche True-UP Meldungen) von Softwarelizenzen und Software Assurance.
