Im Neubau und Bestandsgebäude müssen Leitungen für eine neue Lüftungsanlage und ein Klimasplittgerät verzogen werden und hierfür die Leitungen sowie Anschlüsse verlegt oder neu installiert werden. Leistung erfolgt im laufenden Klinikbetrieb in abgesperrten Bauabschnitten und in verschiedenen Zeiträumen.
