Brief Description
Als Vorabmaßnahme für den Neubau der Außenstelle der Wilhelm-Raabe-Schule soll eine
uneingeschränkte Kampfmittelfreigabe erreicht werden. Dazu werden die Verfahren
Volumenräumung (4.500 m³), Bohrlochsondierung (13.800 m) und EDV-gestützte
Flächensondierung (1.650 m²) eingesetzt.
Auf dem Baufeld wurden Bodenkontaminationen und PAK-belasteter Asphalt festgestellt. Im
Zuge der Volumenräumung ist der kontaminierte Boden auszubauen und fachgerecht zu
entsorgen sowie die entstandene Baugrube bis auf 1 m unter GOK mit Füllboden aufzufüllen.
