Brief Description
Im 1. BA wird ein funktionaler Eingangsbereich, eine Fahrradabstellanlage sowie ein Wirtschaftshof mit Schüttgutlager und einer Doppelgarage am Grasweg errichtet.

Im 2. BA wird der repräsentative Eingang und Vorplatz am neuen Sportfunktionsgebäude und der Hauptzugang zur 400-m-Rundlaufbahn an der Siegenburger Straße angelegt. Hier werden neben mehreren Sitzelementen aus Betonfertigteilen auch eine Fahrradabstellanlage sowie eine Schuhwaschanlage hergestellt.

Im 3. BA wird die Zufahrt (Siegenburger Straße) zum Sportfunktionsgebäude in Teilbereichen erneuert und ein Parkplatz mit insgesamt zehn Stellplätzen angelegt (ebenfalls an der Siegenburger Straße).
