Brief Description
Die Sanierung des Märkischen Museums erfolgt als notwendige Maßnahme aufgrund des baulichen Zustandes im Zusammenwirken mit dem benachbarten Marinehaus. Beide Liegenschaften unterliegen der zukünftigen Nutzung durch die Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin. Die Liegenschaft erhält eine komplette Neuinstallation aller elektrischen Anlagen. Die Fassade des Gebäudes, sowie das Gebäudeinnere stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Bei der Maßnahme handelt es um die komplette Erneuerung der Blitzschutzanlage.
