Im Rahmen des dynamischen Beschaffungssystems sollen regelmäßig Ausschreibungen für den Ausbau der asbesthaltige Brandschutzklappen und Einbau neuer Brandschutzklappen durchführt werden. Ziel ist es über einen Teilnahmewettbewerb einen Bieterpool aufzubauen, der für zukünftige Ausschreibungen zur Verfügung steht. Die Aufnahme in den Bieterpool ermöglicht die Teilnahme an zukünftigen Ausschreibungen.
