Sanierung des Wohngebäudes Ferdinandstraße 22-24. Rück- und Umbaumaßnahmen für Elektro- und Fernmeldeleistungen zur Herrichtung der Wohnungen. Es erfolgt eine neue Installation in den Sanierungsabschnitten Bad und Küche und komplette Neuinstallation in den Leerwohnungen. Es werden Elektrounterverteilungen und Medienverteiler eingebaut und die alten Elektroverteiler demontiert.
