Brief Description
Die Stadt Regensburg (vertreten durch den Regiebetrieb Arena Regensburg) als Auftraggeberin, vertreten durch die Betreiberin des Jahnstadions Regensburg das Stadtwerk Regensburg.Bäder und Arenen GmbH (nachfolgend SBA genannt) vergibt den Parkplatz- und Ordnungsdienst im Jahnstadion.
An den rund 17-20 Heimspieltagen des SSV Jahn Regensburg (nachfolgend SSV JR genannt) sowie sonstigen Veranstaltungen mit Parkplatznutzung obliegt der SBA die Bewirtschaftung der Parkplatzflächen.
