Ausgangssituation: Die Gebäude Brunsbütteler Damm 401-421sind drei 2-geschossiges Wohngebäude in massiver Bauart. Die Gebäude sind voll unterkellert.
Fassade: Die Fassade ist eine Putzfassade mit Kratzputz, ungedämmt, Zustand: Der Kratzputz der Fassade ist teilweise rissig, bauzeitlicher Zustand
Die Dächer: sind als Satteldach mit Ziegeldeckung ausgebildet.
Die Fenster wurden ca. 2013 erneuert. Material: Kunststoff (U-Wert 1,3)
Maßnahmenbeschreibung:
Ausgehend von dem baulichen Zustand der Gebäude ist eine energetische Sanierung geplant.
Leistungsumfang des Bieters:Fassadensanierung der Putzflächen mit WDVS (mineralisch) mit Beibehaltung der bisherigen Oberflächenstruktur.
